Crystal Ball Services Canada offers two payment methods for your security and convenience : Credit Card (Visa / MC) and Paypal.

When an order is placed, the crystalballservices.com will obtain an authorization (reserve) for the amount of the order only. When the order is confirmed for product availability and processed with the Vendor, Crystal Ball Services Canada will capture (debit) your account and e-mail you an invoice.

All prices are in US Dollars.

Electronic Download and Delivery (6)

All the packages that are available for sale can be obtained from the downloads section prior to placing an order. When an order is placed, the installation files are made available for download via you store account.

Licenses are delivered to you directly from the software vendor via e-mail. Technology Partnerz will ensure that you are up and running as soon as possible during the license delivery period by obtaining fully functional trial licences on your behalf.

To activate a purchased Crystal Ball license, you must obtain an Oracle license code and enter the code into Crystal Ball.

To obtain a license code:

1. Contact Oracle at licensecodes_ww@oracle.com to request a Crystal Ball license code. In your email, include your name, email address, organization, Oracle Customer Support Identifier (CSI), or other unique identifier such as your Oracle customer ID number. If you are eligible for a license, you will receive a user name and serial number (the Crystal Ball license code).
2. Check your email for mail from Oracle with your Crystal Ball license code. The email from licensecodes_ww@oracle.com will include your Crystal Ball user name and serial number.

1. Download and install Crystal Ball, if you have not already done that. You should have a supported version of Microsoft Excel on the same computer.
2. Start Crystal Ball.
3. When the Crystal Ball Welcome screen appears, click Activate License. The Activate A License dialog opens.
4. Enter the user name from the Oracle email into the Username box. This is usually the email address you provided when you downloaded Crystal Ball.
5. Enter the serial number provided by Oracle into the Serial Number boxes. You can copy it from the email and paste it into the first box. It will automatically paste correctly into the other boxes.
6. Click OK.

Downloadable Software Refund Policy

The products available for purchase on our web site are downloadable, fully-functional, and try-before-you-buy. We provide free trial periods to let you fully evaluate our products before you make a purchase decision.

Please use the trial period to make sure that the software meets your needs before purchasing a license. All of our software is fully-functional during the trial period. None of our software requires registration to enable its primary functionality.

If you purchase one of our products, after your payment has cleared you will receive an email with the purchase code to activate the software. Once this information is emailed to you, no refunds will be given. We have this policy since it would be impossible for you to return your registered version of our software.

During your trial period, our support staff is available to assist in installation and configuration via email or telephone. We strongly recommend that all customers download, install, and test the trial version of any product prior to making a purchase.

Services Refund Policy

We provide free consultations to let you fully evaluate our services before you make a purchase decision. Please contact one of our representatives to evaluate if our remote services meet your needs before purchasing a block of time.

If you purchase one of our remote consulting packages, you will receive an email to schedule a discussion. Once the work begins, no refunds will be given. All efforts will be made to solve the issue in the time purchased.
