Consulting & Training Rates
Remote Training Rate:
Our workshops last 16hrs and are delivered in 2 hour sessions at your convenience. Just call and book the times that work best in your schedule. Each 16 hour remote training program is billed at 1,899.00$
On-Site Training Services:
Onsite training is delivered at a rate of 1,750$ / Day. Prep days for customization are also billed at 1,750$/day – typically all workshop have a minimum of 1 prep day. Additional prep days may be necessary and are only added upon prior discussion with the client.
Our standard time and material rate is 187.50$/hr All onsite work is billed at the standard rate of 187.50$/hr.
In the spirit of building a long-term relationship, we will provide a time and material rate for remote work at 125$/hr, which is billed on a monthly or bi-weekly basis. A minimum of 8hrs per month must be billed to honor this rate. Additional hours are also billed at 125$/hr. Un-used hours are carried over.

Terms & Conditions
Scope of Services
Technology Partnerz will provide training, consulting and support in the development of specialized risk analysis competencies and deliverables using Monte-Carlo simulation, time series forecasting and optimization. The services will be provided on-demand and work-product will be delivered within a reasonable deadline.
Fees for services will be in accordance with the attached Rates. Any additional effort will be submitted/approved beforehand by the client and subsequently billed.
For on-going engagements, we will also send a note with an invoice to you at least every month which will detail the actual time spent providing services to you and your organization. Retainers and prepaid remote consulting arrangements are available upon request.
Fees and expenses are invoiced as incurred. Expenses, including travel and living are invoiced at cost.
During the course of the engagement, the purchase and installation of computer or technological hardware, software, communication devices and/or services by your company may be recommended. Warranties, to the extent they exist, are provided solely by the manufacturer/vendor of those products, and Technology Partnerz Ltd. specifically disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose associated with these products or services.
Liability and Ownership of Results
Even though Technology Partnerz Ltd. can be asked to provide analytical expertise and support, it will not bond on the final deliverable with a signature nor be held liable for the final results.
When the client accepts the report’s final results/deeliverable, it takes full ownership of the report's/deliverable's contents and releases Technology Partnerz Ltd. from any future obligation or liability.
You may terminate the services provided under this agreement at any time. Technology Partnerz retains the same right, subject to a professional and ethical obligation to give you reasonable notice to arrange for alternative support.
Refund Policy for Remote Services:
We provide free consultations to let you fully evaluate our services before you make a purchase decision. Please contact one of our representatives to evaluate if our remote services meet your needs before purchasing a block of time.
If you purchase one of our remote consulting packages, you will receive an email to schedule a discussion. Once the work begins, no refunds will be given. All efforts will be made to solve the issue in the time purchased.
All aspects of our client relationship are deemed confidential, and we will gladly provide or sign appropriate non-disclosure agreements (if desired).
Unless we otherwise agree, the terms and conditions of this letter will apply to all matters for which you engage me. If you have any questions or concerns about the terms of this engagement letter, please contact me immediately.
If you agree that the foregoing fairly sets out your understanding of our mutual responsibilities, please sign a copy of this letter in the space indicated below, and return it to me via email or fax. The proposal is valid for 30 days.
