Converting to Microsoft Excel 2007 or Later

  To convert your XLS workbooks to one of the new file formats, Oracle recommends that you first create a backup copy of the XLS workbook and then follow these steps:

1. Run Microsoft Excel 2007 or later with Crystal Ball loaded.

   Note:

   If Oracle Crystal Ball is not loaded, a warning message about script objects may be displayed. Click OK to continue.

2. Open an XLS workbook.

3. Select Save As from the Office button. The Save As command has a submenu where you can select a different file format, or you can use the Save As dialog to select the file format.

   After you save the file to one of the new file formats, the Crystal Ball data is converted to the Microsoft Excel 2007 or later format.
